Springs Fabrication Welcomes IP Systems to the SFI Team

Springs Fabrication, Inc. Acquires I.P. Systems, Inc.
 

COLORADO – July 26, 2013 – Springs Fabrication (www.springsfab.com), an engineered metal products manufacturing company, announced its intention to acquire certain assets and operations of the established company IP Systems, (www.ipsysinc.com), of Broomfield, CO, with an anticipated closing in early August 2013.  IP Systems has served the commercial and nuclear industries by providing clients with high quality isolated process systems for more than 17 years. Springs Fabrication and IP Systems have a long history of working together on several successful technical projects.  This acquisition provides Springs Fabrication with added capability and talent in the engineering and fabrication of specialized containment systems and will further extend the company’s diversity into the commercial and nuclear industries where projects require an ASME NQA-1 quality program.

With the addition of IP Systems to the organization, Springs Fabrication will have three manufacturing facilities across the front range of Colorado to serve clients in the energy, new technology, heavy industrial and original equipment manufacturer markets.  IP Systems will remain in its current Broomfield CO location where it will continue serving its clients as it integrates into the Springs Fabrication team.
