SUMMARY: Manages all aspects of small and medium sized complex technical projects comprised of design/build and build to print projects for a range of clients (e.g. DOE, DOD, NNSA, National Laboratory, Pharmaceutical companies, etc.) per the contracted scope of work consisting of codes, specifications and drawings. Develops, plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished, delivering them on time, to the required quality standards and at or below budget.

· Establishes detailed project plans for each phase of the project and identifies key resources required to support and execute the project

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however direction may be provided to project coordinators, QA and engineering personnel, and to shop personnel. Direction is provided in the spirit of organizing and prioritizing the tasks required to complete projects on time and within budget.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years experience leading projects/programs. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Must have experience managing complex projects in excess of $1M. Prefer experience with Government programs/project and/or experience with nuclear or NQA-1 related programs/projects.

Document Control Supervisor
SUMMARY
This role supports manufacturing of engineered metal products through the maintenance and improvement of the documentation and records control portion of the NQA-1 Quality Management system. The incumbent leads and facilitates deployment of relevant schedule activities to ensure timely distribution of quality documents and records used in product realization. This position requires professional communications and collaboration with the Customers and internal ATG personnel for the receipt transmittal and control of documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Drives achievement of Quality goals for Document Control and Records Management and reports on performance metrics to customers (internal and external as needed).
• Develops and drives improvements to reduce inefficiencies, raise productivity and effectiveness and optimize of Document Control and Records Management practices.
• Performs the updating and distribution of controlled documents and maintain accurate records of updates (documents, travelers, Procedures, Purchase Orders, CMTRs, COCs, and related items). This includes issuing, maintaining, and controlling ATG’s as well as customer supplied documents such as specifications and drawings, assuring that current revisions are available.
• Supports manufacturing through fulfillment of on demand requests for documentation and records.
• Assesses skill set to develop and add document control resources.
• Anticipates needs and recommends plans to assign resources in support of the projects.
• Maintain records, including submitting documents to the document management system and managing the records storage facility.
• Coordinated Training, including on ATG procedures and UCNI, and maintains training records.
• Review job files for completeness and accuracy prior to filing. Notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies and assist with the correction of those discrepancies.
• May assist in data analysis of performance metrics, collection, distribution, charting, and postings.
• Be team oriented and willing to learn and take on additional duties within the department based on our customer requirements which may vary from project to project.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has direct supervisory responsibility for personnel in the Document Control organization.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
